We excel in meeting special requirements, such as high-grade steels and pipe wall thicknesses of up to 25.4 mm for the offshore sector. And the fact that our pipes come in mill lengths of up to 18 m translates into significant savings for you in the cost of pipe laying, field welding and field coating.

We also offer a full range of coatings and linings to ensure the highest possible level of pipeline safety. Coatings protect the pipe from corrosion and mechanical damage. The purpose of linings is to minimize frictional resistance on the inside wall of gas line pipe, while water and sewer pipes are mainly lined as a means of effective corrosion protection.

Our range of coatings for buried steel pipelines comprises:

• polyethylene coatings
• polypropylene coatings
• epoxy resin coatings (Fusion Bonded Epoxy FBE)

All of the above coatings are compatible with cathodic corrosion protection systems.

In the case of high mechanical loads and special applications in horizontal wells, line pipe can be additionally protected with:

• fiber cement mortar coatings (FCM/FCM-S)
• plastic coatings with an integrated rib profile

Linings are available in the form of:

• cement mortar linings
  for water and sewer pipes
   
• epoxy lining (flow coat)
  to reduce friction in high-pressure steel pipelines

Other coatings and linings are of course also available on request, e.g. for above-ground pipelines.
